Apple has updated Apple Configurator to 1.7.2 which adds support for iOS 8.3 and new restrictions.

Apple Configurator 1.7.2 is a recommended update for all Apple Configurator users. This update is available from the Updates pane of the Mac App Store. About Configurator To create or install an iOS configuration profile, use Apple Configurator or a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution like Profile Manager (included with OS X Server). Use the Mojave/10.14 version to 'purchase' Configurator 2.8(.x) for Mojave while logged in as the user in question (with his/her Apple ID, or one that you will be managing). Then, on that user's computer running 10.13, log in to the App Store and click on Configuration 2 (as it will show up), and you'll be offered to download the last. Superseded by Apple Configurator, but can be helpful for users running older OS X versions. It should be noted that Apple recommends you use the new Apple Configurator to perform these tasks, as the older app is no longer supported. However, it may be useful for those who have older OS X versions installed on their Macs.
This update requires OS X Yosemite v10.10.3 and iTunes 12 or later. It includes the following improvements:
